Eugene A. Fisher, 82, of Fort Wayne passed away on Tuesday, April 11, 2017. He was born on June 6, 1934 in Columbia City, a son of the late Alton and Berniece (Stickler) Fisher. He served in the U.S. Army. He was a senior electronic tech. working for Magnitech, Magnavox, and Phillips. He enjoyed camping. One of his great passions was belonging to the Fort Wayne Radio Club and the many things it involved, having the call sign, W9MZH. Surviving family include his children, Sandra (Darrell) Cates, Catherine (Gregory) Newcomer, James (Ana) Collett, Jr.; six grandchildren, two great grandchildren. Besides his parents, he was preceded in passing by his wife, Carol J. Fisher.
